Continuous Mixer
MC SERIES
Continuous mixer for the preparation of conglomerates and low-fat concrete for roads and airports and for the production of mortars. MC mixers ensure very high hourly production and low energy consumption. Water distribution by double pipe.
MIXING BLADES
The counter-rotation of the two shafts with a high number of paddles generates an intense turbulence on the overlap zone. The vertical and horizontal motion creates a very fine disintegration of the cement in the aggregates (feeded on mixer in the right proportions). Antiwear mixing paddles in antiwear casting. Easy interchangeable lining in antiwear steel and, alternatively, in hardened steel tiles.
INSPECTION FLAPS
Cover with four inspection flaps and double port-hole with protective wire net. Covers and protections in accordance with the accident prevention regulations.
