The highly experienced engineering work shop team, maximise their knowledge and the use of the latest machinery to ensure project deadlines are realised. Our team derives from multiple industries and backgrounds. All our workshop team have improved their tacit knowledge and product offerings by actually spending time on customer sites carrying out maintenance or project instillations. This invaluable knowledge can then be translated back at the workshop into design changes and improvements. The knowledge gained from investing in our team has been incorporated into delivering improved AutoCAD designs and manufacturing approaches. Modular design and manufacturing is now incorporated into our daily manufacturing process.
Our instillation teams are a combination of our workshop and dedicated onsite personnel. The team works closely together utilising each other’s skills to maximise the recourses available.
As part of the planning process a number of site visits are carried out to determine the critical elements necessary to achieve a safe efficient cost effective instillation. All site reviews are of utmost importance, we work extremely closely with our client especially in all areas of health and safety. The importance of health and safety can never or will never be understated. Pre and post analysis of the entire instillations are carried out. Our trained and experienced staff have carried out multiple projects across the country and Europe. They have incorporated large modular design concepts to install manufacturing and processing facilities to tight deadlines. As part of any instillation we endeavour to be fully self-sufficient where ever possible and to this end our team has a full range of training to carry out working at height, driving suitable lifting equipment or carrying out dynamic risk assessments as each project dictates.
